Currently as of patch 1.41.1 NPC party leaders are not able to be orderd around, they go off and do what ever on their own and when you make a army they will follow you ofcourse, but i think having a order system for party leaders kind of like a focus for the NPCs for example i want them to defend a castle so they stay at a location or i want them to raid a village whilst i raid another it will give the player more control and co-ordination with their companions i think
