[Suggestion] Needs longer to setup on the first round before start

Could do with about 20-30 secs on the first spawn.
 
Yeah I would also agree with this. It is a little annoying when you are rushing to make the spawn, then end up forgetting something.

Don't even have to make it that long.  5-10 seconds should probably be enough.

Yeah 30 seconds might kill fluidity between game rounds.
 
Agree.

I does not have to kill the fluidity - just give the counter to the closing of the spawn. If I have 10 seconds left to spawn but I finished my setup I can spawn right away. This is how it works now, only I cannot tell how much time I have left before the time-window is closed.
 
So let's suggest adding a timer to that longer setup time.

Something along the lines of 20 seconds would also allow people to consider options instead of just going for the "same old" because they barely have any time to consider switching gear.
 
Haha, the other day I was in a battle with only a handful of people (six, no more) and I got autobalanced to the other side at least twice. Each time it did this to me I didn't even get a prompt for my equipment after choosing my class, so of course I was stuck with the default junk, half of which I could have completely done without (thank god for a drop item key).

So yes indeed, agreed 100% (especially when being forced to switch teams!!)
 
Also note that when it automatically adjusts the teams you lose the opportunity to buy equipment for your new team
