[Suggestion] Make Quick Battle more interesting

This has nothing to do with multiplayer, but when the singleplayer portion of the game is eventually released I'd like to see a more advanced Quick Battle system.

Instead of just having five or so pre-set scenarios, I'd like to see a scenario builder. First you'd select a map, then you'd build your army, your allies army and your enemies army out of a selection of all the different troop types. Your character would be fully customizable too, you would be able to select your level up to a certain limit (about 30), your stats and your skills, as well as being able to select any of the in game coat-of-arms to use. You'd also be able to choose any equipment you like.

Scenarios would be savable and loadable, the current five we have would be loadable.

I'd say leave it to the players
better for us that the developers will concentrate on gameplay and so
BTW
in how long different mods will be available for the beta or maybe only after the release

there is  a mod like this for 1.11 but it has a frustrating menu and your character is not customizable.

I also think that an improved version of this mod would suffice. If on the other hand the devs have some time to spare and its not too much work... (I doubt that and its really not that important).

considering the customizable troops in the multiplayer, i can't see it being that hard to add a similar feature to quick battle, wherein you choose a troop type then equipment
then go onto a screen where you pick the rest of the troops from the actual game.

Something that wouldn't be too hard for the devs to implement, but would greatly enchance Quick Battle:

Instead of having "Quick Battle 1, 2, 3, etc.." have "Mounted Quick Battle", "Infantry Quick Battle", Archer, etc.
When you choose one, the game randomly determines your weapon and armour loadout, skill set (Ignoring noncombat skills) based on your items, and a random number of troops from one faction as your allies and another for your enemies.

Its not the perfect Quick Battle system that most people want, but it would be a huge improvement over the current one. And after all, the system that ships in the box is what most people will consider and review. Later on, they can download a more perfect system with mods when they are familiar with the game.

If i understand you correctly, Arcon, I think this would rather be another multiplayer mode than part of Quick Battle.

I support.

So Quick Battle doesn't constitute gameplay in your esteem?  I see slight varations on that argument all over the forums.  It's silly; they've set aside this long testing period so that they have time to work on all aspects of the game, no matter how minor.
