[suggestion] Kicking bonus damage

Kicking is a good way of lowering your opponents guard, but it deals no or little damage. In the real world, most people's legs are stronger than their arms. If you were wearing a pair of full iron greaves it would do some serious pain or damage. Even though a wooden club with your arm would do more damage in M&B. I am not a physics expert so feel free to correct me.
 
Furthermore, I feel like kick needs to affect more then one opponent...

If you try say, the quick battle siege defense. When you get overrun by the enemy and like a wave of 5 attackers rush you... they pretty much doggy pile on you even while backing up.

Would it be possible to kick one attacker directly and him being pushed back also domino into other guys around him? Because it seems like once you start back pedaling with multiple attackers you get whip really bad. =/ This was even on a lower setting, the bots are still able to disrupt your attack even if you are on shield defense.
 
The only issue would be that kicking could become a spamfest...which I realize is not as big of a deal in single player as in multiplayer.  There should be a much longer cool-down time between kicks then.  As it stands a player can kick in rapid succession.  I myself have done this in multiplayer, once when I had my back to a wall and was being pressed by 5 enemies...I just kept kicking as fast as I could and swinging when I could to keep them off of me or prevent an attack.  It worked for about 7 seconds before I finally got killed...Styo can verify the story :smile:
 
Why didn't they do the same to you?  If you can back someone into a corner you can curbstomp them and they can't do anything about it.  I feel the damage is balanced right now.  Its an unblockable attack so it shouldn't do massive damage.
 
It shouldn't do massive damage, like a 5-8 range. It should also be blockable with a shield. It should be blockable with a sword which could do some serious damage to the leg.
 
I feel that the damage is good right now but it would be nice to be able to block a kick. You should be able to at least stop the damage with a shield without interrupting your blocking(blocking a foot shouldn't be harder to block than a warhammer) and if you do manage to parry it with a weapon you should be able to to stagger the kicker.(whens the last time you kept your balance after someone throws you legs around like some kind of lever) But a small damage increase with heavier boots wouldn't be a bad feature either.
 
Actually, I kill looters by kicking them. I deal 9 damage with each kick so they go down very easely.

One could go overboard with sword damage to leg.    There are circumstances in which a sword could cause damage to a leg when blocking,
basically when you swing the sword into the leg as if you were attacking, but with most armor and a purely defensive block or side of the sword
angle, there really shouldn't be any damage to the leg.  Leg armor should modify this as well....

It was probably because I was doing it as rapidly as possible and alternating between the two that could actually swing at me (the other three were pressing them from behind, hehe).  It was rather comical actually...
