[Suggestion] Granting villages to lords without the castle/town

I see other lords only own a village for their fiefdom, but your own player faction lords have to own a castle/town to get a village. There should be an option to grant them only a village.

Haven't looked at this myself yet but I agree, makes things more flexible and is more realistic historically speaking.

Nobles ranged from small fief holders who could barely cover the expense of an armour to to the very wealthy, so it makes sense to be able to hand out a village here and there.

quite a few kings weren't too keen on their nobles having castles at all
