Most of these lower armor related cape pieces need to be made Civillian equiped. I can equip a 5 armor shawl, but not this cape that's only 3 armor? Not sure why that would be an issue, what's the problem with even equiping a 15 armor bearskin armored cape? It's for your civillian attire.
Lower tier armors. I came across some leather scale armor thats civillian equip has like 18 armor or something, but all these leathers and stuff with less armor aren't civillian usable. What's so game breaking about letting us use most these armors in Civillian?
You can equip a horse in the civillian gear, but not a saddle? I love how when I enter a town, it defaults me to my armor setup so I can ride a horse now, before it just made you walk miles for that find my run away daughter quest, but your npc companion still loads in without a horse sometimes, or it picks the one you recruited who had a saddle equipped by default, to which if you unequip you can't requip cause no saddles are civillian tagged.
Throwing axes, every other throwing weapon in the game can be used one handed but throwing axes. Really, why not? seems like a no brainer here, just make them do a little less damage then normal one handed axes in melee.
Retrieving weapons from corpses, some weapons are throwable and extremely limited such as The Pila, you get 1 so if you throw it. your kind of SOL there and if you hit someone well its gone. Even if you run up to the body and it's standing straight up out of their chest you can't grab it, certain throwables should be retrievable even from corpses. Javelins, Axes, Knives, Pilas and other throwable spears.
Makes sense you can't retrieve arrows and bolts, they are far more likely to break lodged in bodies and armor, but the others are so limited you throw 3 javelins and now your empty, can only replenish if you happen to find a dead person who dropped a javelin holder.
Gear from loot; I'm getting the same kind of loot from Noblemen as I am from looters, just vendor junk, but I occasionaly get something decent from like sea raiders, the tier loot from Noble groups should be much higher or it's just worn boots, some old gloves, rusty half broken crap swords, a horse and some grapes.
No real point fighting nobles unless you have to because of a war when you can get more loot, faster by farming looters and bandits with a fraction of the risk to your own troops, aint going to find no top tier armored shock troops in a group of looters.
