[Suggestion]Decrease weight of picks

Currently the fighting pick weighs 3,5 and the military pick weighs 4. I'm not sure which measurement unit is being used, or what picks like that would weigh, but it seems like a lot compared to other weapons of roughly the same size.

- Military sickle: 1,5
- 1-handed cleavers: 1,5
- 2-handed (!) cleaver: 2.8
- Sword and shortsword: 1,5
- One handed war axe: 1,5
- Knobbed and spiked mace: 2,5
- Sabre: 1,5

Not that the difference will have a big impact on gameplay, but the picks are already pretty much obsolete due to the new Rhodok weapons. Weighing over twice as much as most similar weapons doesn't improve the situation.
 
Does the weight currently have any impact on damage? If the weight lent itself to armor penetration (and armor penetration mattered), then their weight would be reasonable. As it is now I see no reason to have them weigh so much more.
 
Weight effects encumbrance, block crushing, and weapon stun. The picks are a perfect example of some of the really old weapons left over from very early versions of the game; the weights of those weapons tend to be a bit high, and the weapon lengths tend to not match with the weapon mesh. The measurement unit corresponds with kilograms, but it is more about how much it encumbers, rather than its mass.
The picks should probably be around the same weight as the military sickle, considering that they have similar stats.

If you lower the weight of picks they would finally become totally useless.
Its weight prevents them from getting stunned and block-crushed as much as lighter weapons do.
Movement speed is only very slightly effected by weight since some patches ago.

Are you sure? I thought it was based on damage or 1/2-handedness. I guess weight makes more sense though.

I still think the weight should be reduced, but it should get (more) improvements to make it decent.

I think something more important with the picks is fixing the range to match the meshes of the weapon (or opposite: change the mesh to match the range)
 
A good way to make picks less obsolete, is to give them Bonus versus shields. Also I think the Military Sickle weapon should be lined in tiers with the picks, Spiked club and Morning star can have their own Tier since they're both 1 and a half handed weapons.
 
Bonus versus shields? A pick? Nay sir, the hammers deserve a bonus versus shields, as soon as their swing has more regenerate time in each swing to simulate the heavy weapon, not the little sickle.
