There has been talk about people wanting M&B Warband to be an MMO, but that is an massive task for the developers. Plus most MMO's don't require as much skill so the noobs have an equal ability to get better. M&B takes a lot of skill and will limit noobs by a long shot.
Warband shouldn't be an MMO, but I have a better idea that could increase the number of sales in the market greatly without the massive work for developers. Also to drive more players to join clans. Similar to the "battle for Calradia" thing already made, there should be official clan territorial status. Like clans would start with 4 or so settlements (including named capital and castles). There should be an official clan limit. (I recommend 64). There can be sieges and wars between the stronger clans and other wars and sieges for the smaller clans. The clan leader can accept or decline an invasion, but resulting in loss of renown or adding a shameful defeat to it's record. Clans can become empires sooner or later and some clans will rise or fall. There can also be alliances too. This shouldn't be on the Calradia map or any other. Like suppose nk has 8 settlements, and they get to name it and all. of course they would have to conquer that territory from other clans. The settlements aren't on a map, but just considered the clan's. Like on their official thread it says they own so and so "come and fight" or so.
This may be a too big task for developers, but adding this could in crease the number of customers (walking bags of money). This will make the game more "intense" and leave players playing for plenty of more days.
