[Suggestion] Ask minister for location of lords

I think it would be nice if I could ask my minister about the whereabouts of my lords. Right now I got a message that one of the Nord lords had taken refuge in my own faction, but I have no idea where he is.

And it would be very good, if someone (travellers or ministrels) could tell you where captured lords are, its always hard to find them.

If you have cheat mode on the game debug will tell you where a captured lord is if they are transferred from a party into a prison.

Oh, i didint know that, but still, i mean in a normal game.. it would be really useful
