I think it would be cool to see an aristocratic democracy in Bannerlord. For me, Bannerlord's broken Empire faction is the equivalent of late-stage Rome and when I think of rome I think of 3 distinct eras, the monarchy era, the aristocratic republic era and the empire era. I think it would be great to see a option to dismantle an Empire and turn it into a aristocratic democracy, deposing its king and installing a senate where minor and major npc's vote for legislatures and elect a consul. I dont know if its hard coding-wise but I think it could be easy since refitting the already establish voting mechanic and a term-limit system could do it.
