[Suggestion] Add more knight helmet's

Maybe a new thread needs to be made for the sole purpose of suggesting they add new faces, hair styles, and yes i wont forget the beards...or mustaches...

Maybe. I would like to see more face textures, but the more hairstyles/facehair - the better.

Betcha mace_long_d goes to the sarradins.  I wonder where the all steel battleaxes are going?  I think Swad may get the bec-de-corbin as they lack any real armor breakers.

All-steel battleaxes are probably going to Sarranids. 

If the sarranid swords have the handle/blade as separate meshes, can they do that with, say, axes and polearms, for hit detection?

No - weapon mesh have nothing to do with weapon hit box - it need new system.

That's called "rapist face". And no, we don't want that on our awesome masks, that's creepy... at least without proper rapist googles and pedophile beard.

Well yeah, but scary faces is more like a samurai thing. Inox made one of old topics about this, and I really like this masks:

Yeah, that sort of calm, indifferent face is much more unnerving than a raving, demonic one. And I'm not being sarcastic here. The last thing you'd expect to see on a battlefield is someone with a calm expression.

And yes, more helmets. I don't care if we go anachronistic and have some later-era helms, as Calradia isn't a photocopy of medieval Europe. Whatever looks good and doesn't look too out of place goes, in my opinion.

They doesn't follow the contours of the face, visor is pretty much just like on every other helm, just looking like a face.

Vaegirs: If you download OpenBRF [should be in the module forum], you'll be able to see the 9 new vaegir helmets [file is vaegir_helmets.brf] They go from simple fur helmets to full mail helms with ornate facemasks.

And this is totally awesome. I can't wait when they gonna be added into MP.

I think that other factions have enough helmets already, though...

Rhodocks could use open-faced bascinets for infantry and pig-face bascinet for cavalry. I think they will really suit them:

Couple more heavy helmets for swads could be useful. Maybe something simple on base of basic great helmet - just add different decorations, for more distinct "bad knight" look. Medieval girls loved it... when they weren't raped...
And for love of Christ, mail coifs.
