Suggesting a mod

Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right subforum..

Can somebody suggest a god multiplayer mod for me? I'm a bit overwhelmed by the choices...

What I'm looking for is mods that are popular (so I can always find populated servers), improve graphics (add more items, incorporate graphichs improvement mods like polished landscapes etc), maybe diversify troop selection (I'm a bit tired of archer-infantry-cavalry type basic selection), but remain in the medieval-renaissance type setting (no wild west or roman setting for me )

Also, I'd like to play a mod where combat is more structured, organized, with some kind of cooperation between players, and not just everybody running around like crazy every which direction...it seems vikingr does that?

Is there anything for me?

cRPG looks interesting. I will try that. I definitely want to be able to use more equipment when setting up for a fight. Does cRPG include graphic mods like Polished landscapes etc as well?

I am a bit unsure about the Deluge? What's up with that, isn't it basically the same thing as With Fire and Sword official release? Is it a mod of basic Warband or of WfaS?

Which is better, the Deluge or official WFaS?!!? I have WfaS and I was pretty underwhelmed with the graphics, armour in particular. The only thing that looks good n WfaS are the shields and firearms&bombs

You can add graphic mods yourself you know.

Really, it won't crash? Didn't know that

So I can for example download Polished Landscapes, install, and still play on native servers?

Is there a list somewhere of graphic mods compatible with multiplayer?

Just download the graphic mod install into warband and you have it for all your modules.

but not all will work in multiplayer?  as far as I know, Polished landscapes will not work, probably some others as well

so which ones should I try?

cRPG is the total opposite of "a mod where combat is more structured, organized, with some kind of cooperation between players, and not just everybody running around like crazy every which direction..."

Everything people ever do is run off in their own direction with their costumized megazord, looking to frag as much as possible. Not criticizing, just silly that someone would suggest cRPG to someone who wants more organized combat.

Give Vikingr a try, mostly people tend to gather in shieldwalls pre-engagement, or band up and try to attack as a cohese unit, with people making use of deadly spears to support, while others hack and slash with their sword/axe and shield. There's also a shield bash taunt, and voice taunt animations with visuals, which are quite cool for atmosphere. The game looks beautiful, armor, weapons and maps included.
