i mean sub sandwiches in general. i'm eating one right now. it's not from subway. it was prepared by a very unhappy college girl. yet it still manages to taste better than any sandwich not of the sub variety.

The reason subs taste better is because of the crust, actually. Bread crust is dryer and there's not that much, and the rest of the bread is just meh, and if it's white bread it goes all gooey and might stick to the roof of your mouth. Subs are more fluffy, and moister.
