Subdued damage

I think it would be an idea to add "subdued damage" as an alternative for Blunt damage and knockout. I mean; Smashing someone with a warhammer, sledgehammer or similar wont knock him out but rather turn him into pulp. I can't imagine that any slavehunters used mauls to hunt slaves with :).

Which means. Only Clubs and similar items should be used for knocking people out.
