I have an AMD system, ryzen 5 2600 and Radeon RX 580 8GB OC, 8GB of RAM. I'am having hard fps drops almost every part of the game and it makes the game unplayable. I don't think that my system is unable to run this game. Even on low settings the fps drop and stuttering does not change.

Same. I have Ryzen 5 1600x, RX 580, 16GB RAM. Constant stutters (FPS drops like 20-30 frames in an instant) during battles, tournaments, campaign map movement, absolutely everything. Changing all settings to very low changes nothing. None of the fixes people have suggested have worked. Lowering audio quality changes nothing. Vsync changes nothing. Frame limiting changes nothing. Switching from borderless to true fullscreen does nothing. Hugely, hugely bummed out by this. Unplayable.

Same here but with GeForce video and an I7 processor that should be just fine on speed.

Apparently its some kind of issue with newer Radeon and gtx 1000 series gpu's. The game seems to really, really dislike them.

Yes I have a gtx 1050ti 4gb and it stutters and the fps drops like crazy, mainly during battles but also when entering villages and towns sometimes on the map also. It is said to be a memory leak that leads to this, if you check the ram usage you can see that the ram usage goes up the more you play.
So short answer there are two probabilities 1)This needs a hotfix which makes the game playable.
2)You need to upgrade your ram from 8Gb to 16Gb which means the game will flow smoother but can’t guarantee it.

Ofcourse it's the memory leak, you can have a monster machine and it still cause troubles, i don't have monster but it's still a solid PC to play, i have a really smooth gameplay at the beginning, but the more i play the worse game works. In my case it's starting around 2-3 hours of game running, then when i turn off game it takes around 5 minutes to go to desktop, PC needs restart because it's not usable, which also takes time, around 10 minutes.
In short, it takes a solid 15 mintues to exit the game and restart computer.
I have i7 6700k 4,5 GHz 16GB Ram and GTX 1070...
I honestly think, this and crashes that people experience should be priority, and i will gladly await for some hotfix. I ahve like one crash for the 5 hour of playing, not bad, but from what i read, some people have more and some can't even launch the game.

You've tried both the full screen options, but have you tried Windowed?

Gf's game is nothing but stuttering and tearing on full screen until a daemon or the Windows Start Menu is pulled up in front of it, then you can see it running beautifully in the background.

She tried launching it in windowed mode, now the tearing and stuttering at like 5fps is gone.
