Need More Info Stuck on loading battle map

Summary: Whenever I attempt to load into a map (i.e. a battle map or a tavern, etc.) I am stuck on the loading screen forever.
How to Reproduce: Unknown
Have you used cheats and if so which: None
Scene Name (if related): N/A
Media (Screenshots & Video): Its a loading screen
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Home
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
GPU Driver Version: 31.0.15.1694
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: ASUSTek Computer Inc. PRIME B350-PLUS
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD

reinstalled multiple times (deleted all three routes in which files are found before each installation):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord
Same problem on multiplayer upon trying to join a server; infinite loading loop
