Resolved Stuck in send out troops or attack menu after sallying out.

Summary: After paying to escape enemy party that then sieged my town, a friendly force came and attacked said party and I attempted to sally out, forgetting I could not attack. The menu is all greyed out, time cannot progress and as I am in ironman mode when I restarted the game it saved back to that point.
How to Reproduce: Pay to escape and then be besieged and attempt to sally out.
