Resolved Stuck in main menu

After changing the graphics processor on the options and subsequently restarting the game, there were no more options in the main menu other than "Options", "Credits" and "Exit" as seen on this grab https://ibb.co/jgz7Cnw

Re-installing the game, changing game version, and changing the used graphics processor didn't fix the issue

Hi, please try deleting the "LauncherData" xml document located at "C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs".
