Need More Info Stuck in a siege that doesn't exist.

I am stuck in a tent on the campaign map and can not move. I tried clicking on the city I am supposedly sieging, around the city, and even my own cities but all that happens is the tent rotates.

How to Reproduce: I joined a battle between 4 friendly lords plus my 2nd party and 2 enemy lords as my other party was involved in the battle. The battle was just out of the circle that appears when you hover over the city. After simulating the battle, I was stuck in a tent and couldn't move. The city was recently taken but already delegated to a lord by the Senate.
