Need More Info Stuck at Loading Screen when purchasing grain in Tevea

Summary: The game always freezes/gets stuck at a loading screen when I purchase grain for the very first quest in Tevea. When I drag the grain over to the right to purchase and click "done," it goes to a mount and blades loading screen and gets stuck there. I have uninstalled the game and I have deleted the save file and started a new campaign. Neither of those have fixed the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
