Stuck at adept rank?

Hello. I've binged played the mod since I saw the update, and I've reached Adept rank with the fountain. But, I seem to be stuck there- I have done all 6 of the required tasks in the necronomicon. But every time I try to talk to the bloodfountain about a promotion, it only cuts to the "I had some other questions" line. I'm at level 9 right now, do I need to reach higher level or do some quest before I advance?

I haven't made all the necromancer armors yet, if that is a part of the level up.

If I'm not missing anything, and it is a glitch like I fear, is there any way to advance to summoner rank with cheats or the like? I'm running out of zombies to burn/boil/preserve trying to trigger the bloodfountain's responses...
