I would like to see me get extra rep for taking or protecting strategic locations aka any castle/city u break the siege of even if defeated. Even if you army is defeated you where able to make them weak enough to where they can no long siege the city then you still won. Its still a win for the war in your favor so i would think rep/honor should be givin for the feat.
