I just installed the new catalyst 5.6. I don't know if that's the problem, but now all the cliffs are flashing (?). I managed to get over the problem by changing the no_dot3_bumpmap = 0 to 1. But now they aren't so cool-looking

I can live with that, but it would still be nice if there could be another way out of this?

did you un-install the previous driver? if you didnt that may cause the problem.

What card do you have?

Check the catalyst control centre - the new drivers might have altered the card settings to override application requests.

This thread is more than 1 year old, along with the others that mongolianfly revived. I doubt if he can see replies, pasisti hasn't been active since February.

Someone needs to put a plugin on this forum to disable posting in topics more than 6 months old, I rarely ever check the dates when something finds its way to the top of the forum and it bugs me when 1/4 of the page is filled with topics from a year ago.
