Need More Info strange things

Two strange things happened once so far. 1st while in a army they stopped at a Empire village and we could not get out. it just looped on and on.
2nd thing when heading into battle the map that has the river and no bridge. any way when I spawned. My horse and I were on a huge rock.. LOL he jumped down and was ok.. I looked back and around there was no rock or boulder or stone any where. .. just posting to see if it happend before.
