I have my discord push to speak button set to mouse 4, when clicking on a menu in game whilst speaking on discord it will select the option I clicked on the menu but will not take me to the confirmed choice, from that moment on, no options I choose will register, to fix this I have to alt-tab out of the game and then re-enter before it will register my mouse clicks again.
