Most recently, I had a bug with the texture of water and oceans. They began to look like a cattle mixed with water (?). I checked the textures in the root folder and the mod folders in which I'm playing, but there everything is in order. This bug acts both in native and in mods. Help me to fix it. I already created a discussion in the steam but there nobody gave me the correct answer that would help me to fix this bug.
