I made it through assembling the Dragon Banner, and I chose to rebuild the Empire. Obviously the other main character doesn't like that, and decides to hamper my progress, in the form of the Conspiracy quest. I also have the "Stop the Conspiracy" quest, but there is no other information on how to do that. I tried meeting with the other character to see if it triggers an event, and nothing happens. I don't have any special quest markers on the map anywhere, and going through the towns yields no results. Is this a bug, or is this questline simply unfinished due to the game being in Early Access? Would like some clarification.
