Stop stealing my bounties goddamnit

Time and time again, large bounty parties spawn only to get immediately attacked by a wandering Lord who is closer to them, which affects the loot and also you get a hit to honor regardless. It has also happened that the range for these morons to spawn can exceed my spotting range. So how do I modify the files so that either:
A) they spawn closer to the town
B) they are hostile only to the player

most of the bounty quests suck, especially the multiply parties one or just in general my advice is to avoid them.
(but at least save before you accept such a quest because otherwise you gonna get fugged)

I concur, save before accepting a large bounty quest. It's possible to lose 20+ honor for failing, more the higher the player's honor is.
