For the love of Jesus, could there PLEASE be a way for me to decline settlement grants? Currently crusading against the Aserai, and the whole effort is being hamstrung by my in-law King Dip**** giving me every single town and castle I've captured so far despite me having 0 way to consolidate any of them when I'm fighting a ceaseless war against Aserai.
The guy even gives them to me when I throw 300 influence another lord's way, and for some stupid ass reason I can't just give my own titles away to a fellow Vlandian lord.

You need the high Trade perk that allows you to barter fiefs - then you can gift (or trade) fiefs with whichever lord you like.

If you don't want to grind up the perk but don't mind a bit of cheating, use the export/import mod give yourself the perk, trade the fiefs you don't want, and then use the mod again to remove the perk.

I wish I had this problem. My king only gives me a fief when it is at least a week's travel from any fief I currently own.
