Need More Info Still crashing on launch. Have 300h in game and now I can't launch since an update

Summary: Played the game just fine for 300h and now it's a **** show. I did a clean install a couple of times, verifyed the files a bunch, I meet the system requirements, still nothing. Please, help me, don't just tell me to reinstall the game again, do something, I know you won't refund me my money, even tho I never got to play this on actual release so please help
How to Reproduce: do nothing, just launch the game thru steam after a clean install

At this moment:
after the hidden patch Beta v1.1.0 (26/01/23) the game no longer starts.
Patch Beta v1.1.0 (02/02/23) mentioning "Fixed a crash that occurred while loading the game." didn't fix the startup problem.
Now I still can't launch the steam game.
