Resolved Still can't join any kingdom after update

Even after the update I still can't join any kingdom because it says I'm at war with someone they are not.
I did attack a small faction in the beginning, but they have been destroyed by another faction (I think).
I checked and it said that I was at war with South Empire, even though I'm not and they talk to me normally. Yet all other factions who are at war with the Empire States won't let me join them.
