Is there still active development?
The game is technically still in beta, so I would certainly hope so. But I haven't seen much activity on bug fixes or releases in a long time.
The last release was back on April 19th, which itself was even a pretty minor patch.
Is there a roadmap document listing upcoming releases and what to expect in each one?

Hey, yes, the development is on going. It's just the pathces are not as often as it was recently.

Unfortunately, unless its officially released, we can not share that kind of data. You can follow patch notes and the forum news to see the updates and their content.
