Sticky cleanup

I'd like to suggest that we have a few less sticky threads. Since n00854180t was kind enough to compile a list, I'm voting that we remove everything except for the compilation. So I suggest removing the following:

Troops.txt, Troops and their 0 based index number
Shininess Fixing Tutorial
Mod info: troops.txt
Mod info: item_kinds1.txt
Mod info: Operations
Mod info: conversation.txt
.dds converter and a good program for texturing beginners
Creating your own items

Anyone think we need to keep all these threads stickied?

Those threads get enough posts that they are stickied by popularity. I don't think they need actual stickiness.

Probably because I didn't see it. Also, I'm not sure, but isn't that the "horse-archer" mod?

AFAIK they are two different mods. The troops mod does include horse archers, but it has redone every unit in the game.
