Steward perk Reeve doesn't work 1.4.1.229326, first two minutes of video. Could not hire a companion after the perk, number of companions did not increase.

I think it's intended that you choose those perks for your companions, because they can be governors.

Surely at least Reeve (+1 companion) is intended for your main character? Still not working as of 14.10.20.
