happening to me also, steam interface doesn't work at all. I can't take screenshots(with F12) either, playing on 1.5.6

Can you launch the game through the Bannerlord.exe and try again to see if Steam overlay working or not? Can be found in: "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client"

Btw, I think you shouldn't write like "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client" because everyones direction can be different even SteamLibrary can change, so you can write like "(YOUR DRIVE)\(YOUR STEAM LIBRARY FOLDER) then move on,

for example my direction is "D:\Steam\steamapps\SteamLibrary2\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client"
