No. I have already unlocked other achievements in my current playthrough

We have fixed the issue for that achievement it seems it is not included in the last big patch. Let's wait and see if the issue persisting after the next big patch.

I just want to trophy hunt, it is kind of hard when the achievements don't seem to all work.

Not working as of today. On xbox series X. I think it's because a really short while after executing the lord, the game loses track of who executed him/her. I think the devs can fix it by permanently keeping track of who executes the lord.
