[Stats Error] Is Tier 5 Khuzait Heavy Lancer Stats patched in the 1.0.6?

In my save which I created 1.0.5 patch. The stats of the heavy lancer is still 20.

Btw, anyone knows how to upload a picture in the post other than insert URL?

I guess not, its still taking them a while to edit a few numbers
