Statement Regarding Plans For MP

All classes can mount the horses in MP and that was a design choice as far as I know. Same for infantries being able to loot and use crossbows from the ground and vice versa.
Is there a way to change your mind on this? Or is it set in stone...
I don't mind them being able to use crossbows for example. But there NEEDS to be a penalty for mounting a horse as a non cav or for using a bow as non archer class.

So... All the infantry classes have the same value in all the proficiencies, the only thing being different is movement speed and acceleration, the same thing goes for all the other classes in their respective proficiencies. I understand this is a "balance" decision but I feel like it's just a way to remove the work you'd otherwise have to put into balancing proficiencies.

It would also be nice if you could find some time and explain how exactly the stats influence combat and gameplay compared to singleplayer, like so many of others already asked for.

the movement speed already breaks the balance considerably

Never said it doesn't.
i like it if everything is the same it puts everyone at an even ground to win or lose based on their skill, archers need to be slower for obv reasons. But i would prefer if cav can actually run at a normal human speed. (at least around archer lvl)
Idm if archers were as fast or faster than infantry if they have low amounts of ammonition as tradeoff.

This would be the case if the perks and factions were actually balanced, I don't mind classes having the same stats if we can remove some obviously unbalanced features/decisions.

EDIT: Different proficiencies could actually add more distinguishment and uniqueness to factions, but it's not very important for competitive gameplay.

if they keep the proficiency difference very small i would agree with you.

isnt AVRC the head of the design team? he was reading the thread anyways?
No I am not. As everyone knows Armağan is the head of the design team

what about infinite couch without cooldowns?
We are looking into cav mechanics, have a few solutions to test. Should see some changes in coming patches.

So hes the guy that doesnt want sbmm... (there are so many uneven matches)

Any thoughts on how to make swobo fights harder? I feel that they take forever partially because of shield health and partially because of the lack of tools to end a fight. Sorry if my wordings bad but other players I’ve talked to have noticed this as well. Thanks!

make axes great again! If they nerf the heavy units the fights should be shorter

Wow, that's alot of communication. Keep it up TW!

Are there any plans to address the primary combat mechanics such as blocking, stances, movement mechanics or attack animations?

Greatly appreciated initiative!
To add to the previous post, I would also like to draw some attention to the exaggerated backpedalling by shock inf, and their crazy whirlwind ability
