Statement Regarding Plans For MP Vol.2

This is our second Multiplayer Development Update, which we are planning to make regularly to keep you in the loop. We will briefly mention what we are currently working on and what is planned for the immediate future.

Many of the crashes related to Siege mode have been fixed. We are aware that a few crashes are still happening and we are working hard to identify the last remaining issues. Meanwhile we lowered the player requirement to start a Siege server so that players do not have to wait in matchmaking to fill the server. Objective based gold earning for Siege mode will also be going live very soon.

Combat is getting some changes in the form of adjustments to combat parameters. We are closely observing the community feedback and suggestions to derive a formula which will make combat more fun. On top of these combat changes, slight adjustments to Cavalry behavior and Crush Through for heavy weapons are also being finalized.

We are testing many combinations of perks and equipment to improve the Troops, expect some adjustments after the Combat changes go live.
We are aiming to have a progression system on par with other popular multiplayer titles. This will not be an overnight change, we will be adding systems one by one. First step will be making use of the Leveling system and adding MANY more badges.

Reporting system is currently working in the Beta branch and will go live with the next patch.The Clan system will be built in parts as we keep adding new features. First part of the Clan system is almost complete. Our primary goal is to allow Clans to be able to play against each other.

More details on all these features will be available as they are being finalized.

couldnt you just give us a dedicated server files if it is optimazed or not.You guys took even modders ability to host dedicated servers that had administiration tools. https://bannerlord.mod.io/communityadmintools

edit: and I know xauna have problems and you guys hold a map editor tool that better than what we had in warband.It is okey to not rush and fix the map like could be done in 30-60 min max.but sure we could wait again to you guys to fix it in maybe 4-8 weeks (if we are lucky but you guys also could **** up that again so we dont know) but could't you guys put the old version to the rotation as a hotfix? :love:

since beta, we were already playing that buggy map already and other bugy maps too. so we are okey with that.You guys dont even need to fix it community could do that like did in warband and maybe could make better maps for bannerlord.

Like i know you guys love cs-go to mention when designing the game aspects.I will tell you some secret maybe you guys dont know.Cs go also tooks maps from community made maps and improves it little bit and makes offical.You guys could use community too.

also Bannerlords mp is dying from the slow devolopment(Its okey to be since singleplayer is lacking lots of features and buggy and Sp is the games selling point if you look the counts for now).

If you guys could relase the dedicated server files to community.They could make multiplayer modes that will attract more players to the game.Like pw mod or some sort.(Like i will give an example of GTA V role play mods/servers that boosted player counts/Twitch viewers.That way you guys could sell a lot more and gain mp playerbase that you guys will need when Ranked mode(soon ™) is relased.Right?)Because we all know soon ™

dont you guys bored of player complains about server locations, class system, slow devolopment etc etc... that way people will stop complaining and as a devoloper you guys will get more meaningfull suggestions that not includes alots of salty people)

No, but seriously, it's good to see combat parameter changes on the plate. People have been complaining since beta which made the beta kind of pointless, so finally seeing more movement in that regard will be nice.
 
Call of Duty features gunsmithing.
Bannerlord already got weaponssmithing in SP. Having it in MP would be fantastic.
PS: Nice, maybe more Warband combat and less Bannerlord?
PPS: Badges be like "Killed 10 with Headshots from Throwing Axes", "Kick enemy from a high place 30x" or "Bashed enemy skulls 20 times"
