There's a big problem with either stats or gear of Sturgian noble troops. All of them show proficiency in bow and complete lack of skill in polearm despite none of those troops using bows.
Warrior Son - second best skills are riding and bow at 40. Doesn't have a bow.
Varyag and Varyag Veteran - same, but situation gets worse due to them being equipped with spears (polearm 30/40) and throwing axes (throwing 10/15). Meanwhile their bow skill is 70 and 110.
Druzhinnik / Druzhinnik Champion - high bow skill (160/220), yet as cavalry these troops rely on lances (polearm 50/60) the most. Again, no bows.
Personally I think that 1h/shield/bow/arrows loadout Druzhinniks have in multiplayer would make a more interesting troop compared to Cataphract clone that their gear makes them now, but at very least stats should match the gear they use.
