Is the values for power draw, power strike, etc capped at 8?

I have 30 str, but am not allowed to increase those 2 values.

Yes, they are capped at 8 now. But I am planning to increase that limit to 10 sometime...

10 surgery would be fun (I think its surgery, the one that causes allies to be nocked out rather then killed)

It would give you 100% chance allies are nocked out?

I think that's the very reason they are capped at 8

I figure if you get yourself the 30 Intelligence... you deserve to have surgery maxed out.

wouldnt be me, it would be borcha. And I currently have him with 19 int, so its not that impossible.

How did you manage to level him up so much? I've been in tons of fights, and it's taking forever for him to level up.

Do your heroes get XP when they're unconcious in a fight?

I know my heroes never seem to get kills/knockouts.

I leveled strength up to 27 before I noticed caps.

As for lvling heroes, I try and get them into 1v1 situations with enemies, by killing all but 1 of their attackers, then leaving last 1 for them.

Also helps to weaken their attacker, bury an arrow in his back or the like
