Startup crash

Due to the fact that SOMEONE keeps deleting my posts in the bug reports topic, I'll start my own topic.

I get a major crash when I start up M&B.
During the initial loading, I get a message that says "Unable to reset Direct3D. The Sample will now close."
Then the game exits.

From what others have said, Bink may be to blame for this. Try disabling the intro videos. To do this, go to the installation directory and rename or delete binkplay.exe.

Tried it 5 times. No crashes.
