Starting?

Is it possible to start as a king? I'm not a big fan of going through the trouble of getting vassals and everyone getting mad at me for it. i just thought it would be cool.

What you start with in a new game will guarantee death by dogpiling if u start as king anyways.

i would like to start as one of the existing rulers(King Ragnar,Sanjar Khan,King Graveth,King Harlaus,Sultan Hakim,King Yaroglek)
