Resolved Starting the game launcher in steam requires admin access on windows 10

I have my windows settings quite restrictive and my basic user has no admin powers thus each time I install something or do some changes - I require admin password.

I am not sure what the launcher is trying to access but each time I run the game (start the launcher with where the option to start single-player or multiplayer appears) I need enter my admin password.
