Starting Proficiencies

Does anyone have a resource for the accurate numbers for starting proficiencies? I"m developing a character builder program and it's the last thing I need but I can't find a reliable source of info.

The wiki is wayyyy off and i even checked the module files and while i take thos enumbers as accurate for the character past, it doesn't seem to show a default amount for proficiencies. (before any selections are made)

Any help would be appreciated, I may have to just forego having proficiences being in the program.
 
The Base proficiency for the player is 15 to my knowledge.
Open up the module system and go to module_troops, the first entry (trp_player) has 15 in all weapon proficiencies afaik. I think this is the minimum to which the new numbers are added.
 
Hmm, i looked in troops module a number of times and don't see it anywhere. Any chance you know the line #?

Also given the math of what I got from the other modules 15 as a starting prof for archery wouldn't add up because when selecting nomad, steppe child, poacher; in-game leads to 86 starting archery proficiency.

But, when adding the values from the module it comes to 80 and if I add the 15 you say is base that would put it at 95.

So damn confusing. Ty for the help though.
