Your post above was very reasonable in my opinion, but there is no point in arguing with people who insult you the moment you disagree with them.

If you make a good clear case for SA servers you may achieve your goal.

The situation is past beyond "making a good clear case", there was never a question IF South America should get servers, as anyone who at least had a glimpse at Warband multiplayer knows that SA multiplayer community is one of the largest and most organized out there (Argentina especially in my observation).

SA players have every reason for being angry, because all that being said about their community, they are still waiting for almost 10 months now, after being told they will get them as "soon as possible" here .

I won't go into if it is "not yet possible", providers choice or TW fault, i only know that NO players should be put in a position to even worry about those things.

Putting salt on their wounds and "explaining" it to them won't do any good for anyone. We would all be better just supporting their cause, along with other affected regions.

I guess people would have more sympathy if they wouldn't get asked to perform fellatio. This is not a dating platform AFAIK. I realise that the part in question has already been deleted, but that doesn't delete the feeling of getting insulted.

Every and any action will be taken into account, the flaming and baiting into the said insults as well.

Responding to flaming/baiting by insults, and then responding back to those insults is a devilish road to take, there are several stops along it, but the end of that road is a permaban.
So a tougher skin, not caving in to that road, and just reporting things one might consider way out of line (without abusing the report function) is best course of action i can recommend.

Generally I agree with your approach when it comes to moderation. I know several forums with very strict rules regarding language and it's refreshing to see a forum where swearwords etc aren't immediately filtered. One should assume that most of us are adults.
But it's easier to take people seriously and respect them, even in disagreement, when they don't talk about shoving things in your mouth which clearly don't belong there. I guess if people don't get the replies they hope for they should consider to think twice before posting, anger is a bad advisor.

they STILL didn't fix lords escaping? Should I come back in 7 years? Did the developers have to go back to college and learn how to program from scratch or something?

I also just came back after not really playing since April, man am I disappointed
99% of my gameplay is trading, because I can't sustain my army and Sturgia of all kingdoms doesn't want war, why are my Slavic Vikings so peace loving I have no idea
I have 4 workshops that produce a grand total of 420 coins
It takes longer to access menus than it did in damned April, the optimization is worse
I haven't seen much new content, for some reason they changed the wood texture into a banana, while butter and cheese look the exact same.
I can't use blacksmithing, cause it breaks the economy from what I have heard
I haven't been a siege defender even once, it just never happens (probably for the best), but it used to be the most fun in warband, to defend against all odds
