Why?
-The player can generate himself difficulty by making a large country with his first hero.
-Different starting positions could be interesting.
-Many would prefer this instead of leaving the current kingdom, because they can restart the grind with a brand new hero.
What should happen to the former clan?
-At clan level 0, just remove the clan and the former hero from the game.
-From level 1, when clan is not part a faction, the hero could be attached to a mercenary group with other clan members removed. Wanderers would be removed from the clan. They might disappear or could remain in the game.
-If the clan is a vassal, they could continue as an NPC clan.
-Clear the unlocked smithing parts.
