For those of you that don't know about Starfarer:
Starfarer is a fantastic indie game being developed by fractalsoftworks. It is a top-down strategy/rpg/spacesimy thing, with elements similar to spaca pirates and zombies, x3, and stellar impact. it is unforgiving, make a mistake and it will mess you up, how ever once you have become used to it (did not take me long at all), you can pull off some very satisfying feats.
