One detail of medeival warfare that is missing from the game right now is Banners and flags on the battle field.  I think it would be very cool if when the hero gets their own colors/ their own banner they should also get someone to carry it on the battlefield.  an NPC that follows the Player around with a flag displaying the players banner.  The other NPC lords in the game should also have them so they can be identified on the battlefield.

There is a LOT of missing medieval warfare details like for example F*CKING FORMATIONS!

there are already mods that add formations to the game but I haven't see any that add banners and standard bearers to the battles yet.

formations should be in not modded game, its important part of warfare...
Mods are for everything, and I'm sure that I've seen somewhere a banner bearers. Maybe it was for old B&, but I'm sure that there was one...
