Well, as said by a youtube commenter:

"FFS, people. The reason you're all screaming "fan made" and "bad production values" is simply because they're filming with digital instead of traditional film. This is a fairly regular practice outside of the US, but in the US we're so used to films with 24 frames per second that when the rest of the world uses digital and gets 60 FPS it looks "cheap" because we associate digital film with sitcoms. It looks like their production values are fine, give it a chance."
